Dialpad Phone Process

Hello Team!

We have been working hard to find solutions for the future that will be most beneficial to you as we continue to work from home. Our goal is to allow continued flexibility while working from home and allow you to place calls to clients in a secure way from your mobile device or desktop.

This new process eliminates the use for the need for physical office phones and will allow you to log into your phone extension and make outgoing calls to clients easier. This will help minimize worry about calling clients from your personal device using the *67 method as outgoing calls placed this way will show up as CARE’s office number.
