Yes, email marketing@care-clinics.com – it’s 1000 cards for $55.

Noah Vannevel nvannevel@luriellp.com will be your primary contact from Lurie. By the 10th day of each month, Lurie will calculate the total collected funds, any associated fees, taxes and other expenses before sending a summary and paying you (the contractor) via electronic deposit through Bill.com

Please fill out and return the provided W-9 to noah.vannevel@eisneramper.com and kai.hsu@care-clinics.com at least one week prior to your start date.

Within a week of receiving the W-9, the team at Lurie will invite you to create a free Bill.com account.  Please follow the directions sent through bill.com and make sure to link a bank account so that your payments will be instantaneous. You will have the ability to change bank accounts at any time for any reason.

This is one of the few items that may hinder your ability to maintain your start date, we would suggest beginning on this process immediately.

Insuring yourself is critical to protecting your ability to work long term. The team at CAREfree Counseling has worked hard to make this as easy as possible for you.

Workers’ Compensation, General Liability & Data Breach: CAREfree Counseling has identified a partner (The MC Agency) who has taken time to understand CARE Clinics’ insurance policies as well as your coverage.  This can help reduce the burden on the clinician and clinic to better evaluate and insure against policy gaps.

Please meet Wade Clarke; he is all prepped to set up new CAREfree Counseling Contractors with their insurance (excluding professional liability).

The MC Agency/ Atlas Brokers, (952) 828-5305, wade@mcagencyllc.com
