Full Time Employees (1.0) are at 28 quota

PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
Flexibility and PTO Use/Tracking
For PTO (Vacation/Holiday/CEU) you will receive quota points to get you to 100% of expectations. Example: someone with a 28 quota will receive 0.7 quota points per hour of PTO.
PILT TRAINING
1.75 points weekly for 52 weeks of training (regardless of vacations / holidays)
SUPERVISION
2 points weekly for 52 weeks for each supervisee (regardless of vacations / holidays)
RAMP-UP POINTS
Staff automatically receives points when they start as a buffer for ramping up
Appear in the Ramp Up Column
These are not bonus eligible points as they exist just to help manage ramp up expectations
CARRY-OVER POINTS
If you hit less than 90% productivity in a quarter, management has the discretionary ability to choose to carry over any points below 90% to the next quarter.
